Go with cellular they can’t cut the phone line.monitoring … You can go without paying on both but they what’s the point, that is my point as a consequence why i went with frontpointsecurity. Their monitoring is interactive. I can check on my cell or internet oh how my house is doing @ anytime ! Other companies charge you an arm as a consequence leg because of this feature.bottom line, ge simon xt is a great system until install, battery backup can be mod. until add more batteries (daisy chained because of longer backup power) can use both landline as a consequence cellular because of interaction as a consequence all wireless ! Peace of mind !
