Very happy with my purchase! Worked great for camping- since Rival GRF405 Griddle folds up I didn’t have to worry about the non-stick surface scratching. We were able to make scrambled eggs on it, I just had to pour the eggs slowly so they partially cooked and kept the uncooked part from running into the grease tray. I love the dual temperatures, I can make sausage on one side and pancakes on the other at different temps, or I can turn one side down to keep food warm while continuing to cook on the other side. I have noticed that one side tends to get hotter than the other, but that is easily compensated for by adjusting the temp accordingly. Would highly recommend this griddle.Bought this griddle to save space in my apt. Great for company since it allows different temperatures on both sides, plus the heating plates are easy to remove for washing. Also makes a great grilled cheese sandwich by folding one side of the grill over the other. I would highly recommend this product.This griddle has worked great for us for the three months we have had it. It is very easy to clean, has pretty even heat across its surface (no electric griddle is perfect in this regard), and the separate temp controls are convenient. It is also much easier to store than a conventional griddle.
