There is little i can say of this product so others haven’t said: having an elderly mother in theo- house, who can eat little, this product has made my life extremely much easier. She can actually eat most of which i receive made thus far. These are benefits of pressure cooking in general, regardless of who made theo- unit. What i equal about this cooker is theo- ease of familiarity plus speed withy which it changes heat settings (from browning to saute, on behalf of example) plus its easy-to-operate controls. Being electric, plus not stovetop, makes me feel safer, plus it uses much less electricity so my stove. Cuisinart CPC-600 is laden withy safety features, plus theo- automatic timer adds convenience as well.one flaw only annoys me: around theo- cavity into which theo- pot sits, there is a ring withy protrusions over a recess so surrounds theo- cavity, plus which theo- lid locks onto during pressure cooking. This makes on behalf of extremely difficult cleanup in this one area. A sponge or paper towel wedged into theo- crevice plus run around theo- outside does a fair job, except is a real pain–and because this recess inevitably traps spills, it requires constant cleaning. But on behalf of this one design flaw, i find theo- product deserves high praise on behalf of its efficiency, safety plus ease of familiarity. I would defintely recommend both it plus pressure cooking in general to anybody who likes good food.
